L3P Club First Deal: Token||Traxx
Following our recent announcement outlining the new structure for the Lepricon Private Pool Participation (L3P) Club, we are thrilled to announce the first deal for holders of L3P.
Say hello to Token||Traxx, the NFT platform for the music community, built by musicians. TokenTraxx will provide music lovers with a whole new way to create, curate and collect music. NFTs represent a seismic paradigm shift for artists as they herald the arrival of the Creator Economy, where creators are fairly rewarded for their talents and creativity.
Pre-sale for Token||Traxx is completely sold out. This is the ONLY way to participate in the project ahead of the public sale.

L3P Club Allocation
Lepricon has secured a US$50,000 allocation for members of the L3P Club. The size of individual allocations will of course depend upon the number of applicants that complete the KYC process.
There are three tiers:
Tier 1: Hold 1,000,000 or more L3P on Leprichain or a Legendary Genesis NFT
Tier 2: Hold 500,000 L3P or more on Leprichain but less than one million or a rare genesis NFT
Tier 3: Hold 100,000 L3P or more on Leprichain but less than 500,000 or an uncommon genesis NFT
Additionally, you must join our Discord server, do the basic verification and then L3P Club verification. Without access to the L3P Club channel, you will not be able to participate. It is in this channel that you will be able to access the deck and the tokenomics.
Allocations
Lepricon has secured a US$50,000 private allocation at $0.07 (7 cents) per token. The public sale price has not been publicly announced yet.
The deadline for KYC and application is Friday, February 25th, 2022.
Once we see the total number of applicants across the three tiers we will propose an allocation structure in the L3P Club Channel and put it to a vote.

Participation
Once you are confirmed in the L3P Club, you will need to complete KYC on our dedicated L3P Club portal courtesy of our partner, Presail. You will only ever have to do this once for a given wallet address. We will be announcing full details of our partnership with Presail tomorrow.

The process is as follows:
- Connect your wallet
- When you land on the deals page — choose settings
- On the settings page add your email address
- Click “Go to KYC” and begin the process
After the 25th of February, we will make a proposal to the L3P club for allocation sizes, and the conduct of the draw, Once that is accepted by majority vote, we will email participants privately with their contribution link.

About Lepricon

Leprichain and all of the dApps that run on it are powered by our ERC-20 / BEP-20 utility token, L3P. Lepricon’s DeFi portal will enable L3P holders to manage their tokens, participate in governance, and benefit from advanced yield-earning activities. Lepricon’s DeFi portal will launch towards the end of the fourth quarter of 2021.
